By having in-house stent manufacturing capabilities, we have full and absolute control over key manufacturing technologies like laser cutting, electropolishing as well as heat treatment techniques in all types of materials (e.g. stainless steel, cobalt chromium alloys, nitinol and custom alloys). This enables us not only to shorten stent product development cycles dramatically, but also to respond even faster to ever changing market demands.
Through our infrastructure and very short throughput times, we guarantee your Just-In-Time production capacity. In combination with our Vendor Managed Inventory services, we can significantly reduce your inventory levels, giving you the flexibility you want.
We can either supply you with a stent exclusively designed by us for your company or we can manufacture your existing design. Of course, we can also provide you with volume production quantities of one of our OEM Medical Devices.
